Problem with recipes,
This book has some nice ideas about mixing flavors and creating interesting cupcakes. Unfortunately, the recipe directions are not very clear and leaves many questions unanswered when making the cakes and fillings. I tried 4 different cupcakes and they all came out OK but not amazing ( I do have some baking experience). Over all I wouldn’t recommend this book as a recipe guide, but I would recommend it for its ideas of mixing flavors and varieties. I would use different recipes to actually make the cupcakes and icings.

I buy baking and decorating books because I enjoy reading and looking thru them. Love this book. It’s a cutie and one of my favorites! Could have been a little bigger for handling purposes, but it sits next to my computer and it’s one I go thru it quite often. It has good recipes, colorful pics and creative ideas. Thanks
