Hiya. I’m from Buffalo NY, home of the chicken wing, and one technique to try if you want crispier wings in the over is using the broiler right at the very end. I have an electric oven so if you turn the broiler on for a min or 2 on each side they will come out super crispy! I cook them on a rack instead of letting them lay in there own juices, make it much easier to get a crisp on them. Thumbs up for people to see :)

Wish i lived in America to try american cuisine ! Probabbly same as american beer for me ( i’m form Belgium and i’m a beer sommelier/rater) and American beer combines everything that’s good from all different brewing methods and ingrediënts into a unique and very delicious beer.
I’m pretty sure that the American Cuisine is totally the same , awesome video’s man !!

Yeah I know, just being a turd and pointing out him specifically calling the fish sauce Asian :b

  • Jbaker8390:

lol, it’s just fish sauce, you can get it at any Asian markets. Specifically Vietnamese places.

  • Ilumeo:

    There’s western fish sauce?

  • Kashe2012:

That was a little bubble, not a fly….

  • clairebear0713:

whats with the black goo on the cut ends of the wings?! yikes that looks weird…
I know, i know, its probably just the remnant blood and marrow from the bones and stuff, but when i make wings, i havent seen that… maybe mine are kosher (-ized), or rinsed/soaked before sale? maybe Chef John cut them up himself right before making this? btw this looks good at the end! neat idea for wings!

I used this recipe today for a birthday party and it was a huge success. Even a few people from the south said it reminded them of southern grilling from home. Thanks for these great recipes pit boys! My family and friends are loving them!

    MAAAN PUT SPANISH SUBTITLES PLEASE

  • Snarflington:

Yes! Finally someone that agrees with me about the rampant fear of chicken bacteria. Whenever I grill chicken the people I am cooking for always get wigged out about potentially getting sick ‘It’s not cooked all the way through!!! ‘Finish it off in the oven!!!’. Whenever I assure them everything is going to be okay they never believe me… even after no one has ever been sick after eating my grilled chicken.

  • BarbecueWeb:

..common sense should dictate how long your marinade should be safe to use. Depends upon the ingredients too, right? Keep it cool if you must, but don’t let the Food Police and Germaphobes scare ya..! -BBQ Pit Boys

  • mark031363:

Love the show but one question was told not to use the rest of the marinade half way thru the cooking process because of the bacteria that might be in the mopping most recipes say throw it out. I don’t. And never got sick I’m hooking lots of people up to watch you. Really enjoy it. Mmm good. Mark

  • spaar503:

Made this one today for our family’s 4th of July cookout. Fantastic, everyone loved it. Because of the amount of chicken I had to cook, I had to put both the Webber and the gas grill in service – couldn’t tell the difference. Didn’t do the searing part, didn’t need to. Tis reminds us very much of the kind of bbq chicken that our local fire companies sell as fund raisers. Great stuff!

  • hiian123:

  • Hagfan789:
